Shad Frazier
Vice President of Operations
Shad Frazier joined Endeavor in September 2016 and is responsible for the company’s Production, Energy Services, and Field Operations teams. Before joining Endeavor, Mr. Frazier served as Vice President of Business Development for Legacy Reserves. Prior to his role at Legacy, Mr. Frazier served as Vice President of Permian Development for SandRidge Energy. Mr. Frazier earned a bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma. He is a current participant in Southern Methodist University’s Executive Leadership program and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Oklahoma.
An active member of the Permian Basin community, Mr. Frazier serves on the Permian Strategic Partnership’s Road Safety Committee and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. He also volunteers with local nonprofit organizations Unlock Ministries and Basin Outreach Board.
