Will Krueger

Will Krueger joined Endeavor as Associate General Counsel in 2016. In February 2022, Mr. Krueger became General Counsel, Vice-President of Legal and Assistant Secretary and was appointed to the Board of Managers. Prior to joining Endeavor, Mr. Krueger was a shareholder in the Midland, Texas based law firm of Lynch, Chappell & Alsup, P.C., serving as President and Managing Shareholder from 2014-2016. While at Lynch, Chappell & Alsup, P.C., Mr. Krueger’s primary areas of practice were mergers and acquisitions, corporate securities, and general corporate and transactional matters. Mr. Krueger holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas A&M University and a juris doctorate from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law.

Mr. Krueger is a member of the American Bar Association, Texas Bar Association and Midland County Bar Association. He is also a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. Will is actively engaged in the Midland community and volunteers his time with Grace Lutheran Church, Bynum School Endowment Committee, Opportunity Tribe and many Midland High School Booster Clubs.
