HABITAT FOR HUMANITY

Endeavor Energy Resources, LP (EER) recently donated 21 acres of land to Midland Habitat for Humanity (MHFH) for a new development at the intersection of Fairgrounds Road and Cynthia Drive. The ribbon cutting took place on Friday, March 31 on location. This property is the future home to hundreds of deserving Midlanders with capacity for more than 100 houses.

Each quarter, our employees rally together to clean up our eight acre Keep Midland Beautiful (KMB) Adopt-A-Spot. To date, our team has removed more than 3,654 gallons of trash. Endeavor is proud to support KMB's efforts to educate and engage Midlanders in litter prevention, beautification, recycling and waste management, and local school recycling.

Endeavor employees have nearly 1,700 children in the Midland community, many enrolled with Midland Independent School District (MISD).
 
In 2022, Endeavor read to more than 5,000 MISD students on Dr. Seuss’s Birthday, shared EER's “ROCKstar” geology team with Greathouse Elementary for an intro to rock science, provided supplies for 100+ new MISD teachers, and helped MISD students recycle 9,700+ lbs in collaboration with Keep Midland Beautiful. We look forward to continuing this robust relationship!

MIDLAND HABITAT FOR HUMANITY

Midland Habitat for Humanity

Annually, Endeavor employees rally more than 300 people and 1,000+ volunteer hours to build a home for a local deserving family. The family rolls up their sleeves alongside us, contributing a minimum of 350 hours of “sweat equity” on the worksite. They also complete a homeownership education program and pay for the cost of their home with a 0% interest mortgage over 25 years.

American Petroleum Institute

Endeavor joined the Permian Basin Chapter of the American Petroleum Institute’s (API) Crude Invitational Golf Tournament as a platinum sponsor. The tourney, which is historically the Permian’s largest scholarship golf tournament, raised funds for deserving local students. API was formed in 1919 as a standards-setting organization. In its first 100 years, API has developed more than 700 standards to enhance operational and environmental safety, efficiency and sustainability. API represents all segments of America’s oil and gas industry with nearly 600 members that produce, process and distribute most of the nation’s energy.

Since its establishment in 2014, the Bustin’ for Badges clay shoot has raised over $2.5 million in gross proceeds for the Midland and Ector County Sheriff’s Offices and the Midland and Odessa Police Departments. Local law enforcement agencies use the funds to purchase new equipment and technology to better serve and protect our community. EER is proud to sponsor this cause.

Veriforce annually gathers the Permian Basin oil and gas industry for an advisory roundtable where community professionals collaborate on best practices, share product updates, discuss industry trends, and more.

TEEN CHALLENGE ADULT CENTERS OF TEXAS

Teen Challenge Adult Centers of Texas

Teen Challenge comes alongside individuals and families in their journey toward drug and alcohol recovery. Programs consist of Bible studies, work projects, education, recreation, and more. Graduates show a higher success rate of maintaining sobriety and remaining substance abuse free than most programs.

MIDLAND YMCA

In 2020, Midland YMCA awarded $216,418 in program scholarships, provided $145,138 in childcare to working parents, spent $1,855 to help children learn to swim or play a sport, and allotted $67,720 to help families and adults continue their membership. Hundreds of families, children, seniors and adults in our community have received assistance from Midland YMCA.
 
Each year, Endeavor enjoys supporting Midland YMCA’s efforts by sponsoring Bust A Bird for the Y at Jake’s Clays. Thank you, Midland YMCA, for all you do to help build healthy spirits, minds, and bodies.

PERMIAN BASIN ASSOCIATION OF PIPELINERS

Permian Basin Association of Pipeliners

Endeavor Construction Foreman Robert Davis serves as President of the Board for Permian Basin Association of Pipeliners. PBAP advances pipeline engineering, operations, safety practices, and education for the mutual benefit of industry members.
 
In 2022, PBAP distributed $129,000 in scholarships and grants to students and community organizations in the Permian Basin with a goal of helping future generations become skilled craftsmen for a variety of oil field trades.

SAVING TRUE PAIRS BENEFITTING PINK THE BASIN

Endeavor was the “Pink Champion” top sponsor for the 2022 Saving True Pairs Sporting Clays Event! This event raises funds for Pink the Basin, an organization that financially supplements local health care providers so they can reach women with inadequate or no health insurance. This enables every woman in the Permian Basin to have access to preventative screenings.

MSS is a unique organization that serves local nonprofits, providing affordable workspaces and allowing them the opportunity to collaborate, share knowledge, and develop systemic solutions to community issues with a goal of maximizing community impact together. Endeavor sponsors the annual Rhythm & Booze event which features dueling pianists with an interactive performance of all-requested songs.

American Association of Drilling Engineers

Founded in 1978, AADE is a nonprofit organization with nearly 6,000 active members nationwide. The organization exists to provide a forum for the dissemination of practical drilling technology to those employed or interested in the drilling industry.

Chukkers for Children benefitting Bynum School

Chukkers for Children, benefitting Bynum School, brings the community together at the Midland Polo Club to celebrate a Midland sporting tradition dating back to the 1930s. Hundreds gather in their finest western chic attire to enjoy a polo match and divot stomp, eat delicious fare, give generously, and dance the night away to live music!
 
As a sponsor, EER helps Bynum provide individualized education to students with special needs, job training and life skills for their adults, student grants to those in need of tuition assistance, and therapies on campus.

BUSH TENNIS CENTER

BUSH TENNIS CENTER

The annual Love All Tennis Tournament raises funds for the Bush Tennis Center's ACE Outreach program, which advises, counsels, and encourages area youth by connecting positive role models with elementary-aged children through the sport of tennis.
 
ACE has provided free in-school programs to over 40,000 elementary-aged children throughout the Permian Basin and free or discounted after-school and summer programs. In addition to learning the sport of tennis, ACE promotes the core values of sportsmanship, integrity, self-confidence and hard work.

Martin County Livestock Show

Endeavor supports the Martin County Livestock Show as the Entertainment Sponsor for Lenorah's Dinner and Dance fundraiser! Attendees look forward to delicious food cooked by local 4-H and FFA Dads. Live entertainment keeps the crowd on the dance floor! This family-friendly fundraiser makes the Martin County Livestock Show possible and celebrates 4-H and FFA children!

NORTHEAST MIDLAND COUNTY VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT

Northeast Midland County Volunteer Fire Department

Endeavor presented a monetary donation to the Northeast Midland County Volunteer Fire Department, wrapping up a $1.2M campaign fulfilled by the community to build a new fire station. The fire department has responded to emergencies since 1984. Its members also host fire safety events and activities, such as assisting the Red Cross with installing smoke detectors and changing batteries for nearby residents.

SALVATION ARMY OF MIDLAND

Endeavor employees give generously to raise funds for Salvation Army of Midland Angel Tree families. Endeavor’s Founder Autry C. Stephens matches employee donations to reach as many families as possible. Last year, EER achieved a total record donation total of $19,336 through Angel Tree.
 
The Salvation Army Angel Tree Program serves millions of children every year. Endeavor’s donations impacted 46 local children and 17 families by fulfilling their Christmas wish list and needs list during the holiday season.

Endeavor’s Brown Yard team regularly supports the Martin County Food Pantry, from donating reusable bags for food delivery to helping relocate to the pantry's new building! The Martin County Food Pantry serves 111 people every month in its town of 2,600+. The food bank also shares weekend food bags with many local children through its Food to Kids program.

When Midland Memorial Hospital (MMH) experienced a shortage of personal protective equipment (PPE) for healthcare professionals on the frontline of the Coronavirus pandemic, Endeavor responded by donating face shields, goggles, safety glasses, and Tyvek suits. Protection of patients and staff was the hospital’s most urgent concern. EER is proud to support the efforts of MMH and community healthcare professionals!
