Endeavor presented a monetary donation to the Northeast Midland County Volunteer Fire Department, wrapping up a $1.2M campaign fulfilled by our community to build a new fire station located at N County Rd 1135 and E County Rd 60. Since 1984, this fire department has responded to various emergencies including fires, controlled burns, gas leaks, vehicle accidents, high water rescues, and more. Its members also host fire safety education, community, volunteer and donation events and activities, such as assisting the Red Cross with installing smoke detectors and changing batteries for nearby residents.

“We are confident this new fire station will make a lasting difference to our organization and the community as a whole,” said Assistant Chief Zack Czelada. “Thank you for the support, Endeavor!”

Fire Chief Jimmy Don Evans, Assistant Chief Zack Czelada, and Captain Justin Lang gave tours of the current fire station highlighting their trucks, classroom for educational tours, and materials to educate the community, before a visit to the new property.
