This year, Endeavor contributed to funds raised for Breast Cancer Research alongside American Cancer Society by sponsoring Round Up: A Cattle Baron’s Ball. The event featured food from the Odessa Chuck Wagon Gang, pig races, music by West Texas Funk, and raised over $105,000 for breast cancer research. Round Up has been a West Texas tradition since 1984, contributing to the $4 billion total given to cancer research by ACS since 1946.

“We are very thankful for the generosity of Endeavor Energy Resources. By sponsoring our Round Up: A Cattle Baron’s Ball, we are able to give more money to cancer research and help patients on an area level. Thank you, Endeavor, for your continued support.” – Leslie Kitto, Executive Director Texas/New Mexico.

The 2021 event was in memory of Linda who passed away after a 13-month battle with stage 3B inflammatory breast cancer. Each year, 330,840 new cases of breast cancer will be diagnosed in women, with even more expected due to the delay in screenings caused by the pandemic. Thanks to progress with early detection, there are more than 3.8 million breast cancer survivors in the U.S. today.
