Cairy Phillips

Vice President of Human Resources

Cairy Phillips has led the Human Resources team since October 2013 and is responsible for the Company’s employee benefits program, training and development, recruiting, payroll, and facilities management. Prior to joining Endeavor, Mrs. Phillips served as Human Resources Manager for Co-Operative Industries Aerospace and Defense. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Texas Tech University and is an active participant in Southern Methodist University’s Executive Leadership program.

Mrs. Phillips is an advocate for the future economic development of Midland. She currently is a contributing member of the Permian Strategic Partnership’s Management and Housing committees and serves on the board of directors for Safe Place of the Permian Basin.
