Serve as the main point of contact for employees’ questions on HR-related topics. Carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment.
Operate MPulse, Endeavor’s CMMS Operating System, with reliability and confidence. Set up equipment and Preventative Maintenance in MPulse. Run reports. Print and distribute/assign weekly planned work orders for completion. Monitor Open Work Orders, and more.
Design, plan, monitor, and/or steer horizontal wellbores in the Midland Basin. Requires coordination between multiple departments. Responsible for communicating during the drilling phase to and from the well site, and between other parties such as intercompany personnel, partners, and subcontractor operations teams.
Carry out essential lease operator functions, including maintaining all issued equipment in clean and proper working condition (computer, tools, etc.); gauging oil and water tank levels; reading and recording all necessary meter readings; and more. High school diploma or GED required. At least one (1) year of Lease Operator experience preferred.
Responsible for operating equipment in a safe, appropriate and efficient manner in order to maximize task completion while minimizing the risk of property damage, injury or loss of life. Clean, maintain, and secure all equipment as directed by legislation, policies, and procedures. Additional labor-only responsibilities may be required of Backhoe Operator as needed and related to heavy civil construction, energy market construction, land management, and/or agriculture production tasks.
Winterize compressors and perform maintenance inspections. Learn the location and layout of each unit. Train pumpers on the compressors. Respond to alarms and troubleshooting issues. Facilitating new start-ups with compressor companies and working with all internal parties to ensure the installation is successful.
