Responsible for overseeing and maintaining the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) of the organization. Ensure data accuracy, system functionality, and provide support to HR staff and Endeavor employees in using HR Systems. Collaborate with various departments to enhance HR processes and data reporting.
Responsible for developing plans to complete horizontal wells within a fast growing company. Develop design and monitor installation of well completions. Help devise methods to improve well performance. Work closely with other technical departments in relation to drilling wells in new and existing fields, track well performance and continually optimize well frac design.
Responsible for managing the day-to-day Land functions within a certain geographic area, inclusive of consolidating Endeavor’s current land position through trades and clearing title by managing individual brokers and title attorneys – and more.
Responsible for following all Endeavor Energy Resources procedures and policies; adhering to customer safety and contractor policies; performing engineering-controlled and non-engineering-controlled embankments, including reclaiming, mass earthmoving, and backfilling tasks; and more.
Manage geologic & geospatial data in support of the subsurface teams at Endeavor. This requires coordination and communication between multiple departments. Responsible for GIS mapping, data movement, and automation of geologic workflows – and more.
