Oversee the design of area infrastructure including batteries, pipelines, and SWDs to support added production from horizontal drilling program. Design and optimize artificial lift and flowback operations to meet company and reservoir targets. Manage program for mitigating offset frac interference – and more.
Oversee remediation projects, provide senior-level regulatory guidance and technical support, and submit reports within regulatory timelines. Coordinate required environmental training with HSE Training Group. Conduct Environmental Site Assessments for Acquisitions, Mergers, Trades, and Divestitures. Audit Waste Disposal Facilities including third-party SWDs and Landfills – and more.
Ensure Compressor Technicians are trained to diagnose compressor problems and return compressors to service. Maintain work schedules for the Technicians. Develop maintenance schedules for units to make necessary equipment changes based on the difference between summer and winter operations.
Develop and maintain a strong, service-oriented, working relationship with key internal stakeholders within the assigned operational department. Prepare, manage, analyze, and present findings from Request for Proposals/Request for Quotes. Identify commercial opportunities through market intelligence and data analysis and clearly present these opportunities to department stakeholders – and more.
Work safely while performing new construction, maintenance, or repair work of energized and de-energized overhead work. Lead crew members in Foreman’s absence. String overhead wire; set poles and anchors; and install transformers, lightning arrestors, cutouts, cross arms, insulators, switches, and switchgear. Troubleshoots trouble in primary and secondary systems – and more.
