Provide coordination and management of corporate SEC Reserves processes for the company, in addition to providing technical mentoring and expert support to Petro Tech staff and management. Assistance evaluating development and exploitation opportunities, including new drills and workovers, type curve generation, and reserve/resource modeling – and more.
Works closely with the Recruiting team in a fast-paced environment. Assists in recruitment activities and focused on building relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Conduct facility and shop inspections and behavior-based safety observations to support safety performance as an essential part of day-to-day operations. Conduct monthly facility inspections, random drug testing, 3rd-party contractor safety orientations, and behavior-based observations – and more.
Gauge all oil and water tank levels; read and record all necessary meter readings; circulate tank bottoms; maintain all circulating and transfer equipment in proper working condition; and maintain heater, separator, water knockouts, and other pressure vessels to company standards, and more. At least one (1) year of Lease Operator experience preferred.
Winterize compressors and perform maintenance inspections. Learn the location and layout of each unit. Train pumpers on the compressors. Respond to alarms and troubleshooting issues. Facilitating new start-ups with compressor companies and working with all internal parties to ensure the installation is successful. Advanced working knowledge of compressor and surface equipment affiliated with compressors.
Serve as the main point of contact for employees’ questions on HR-related topics. Carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment.
