Together, we’ve proven when we unite our time, treasure, and talent, we create positive change to build a brighter future for all. Thank you to Endeavor employees for rolling up your sleeves to make a difference in our community!

Endeavor employees volunteered a record 2,512 hours together, demonstrating our unwavering commitment to giving back and making a tangible difference in the lives of those around us.

One of the highlights of the year was the celebration of our monumental donation of 21 acres of land to Midland Habitat for Humanity, marking the largest affordable housing development in West Texas. This contribution will provide a hand-up to countless families in need, leaving a lasting legacy of generational change.

Launching EER’s Employee Charitable Gift Matching program empowered our team to amplify our impact, resulting in $132,000+ of matching funds directed toward charities of employees’ choice. This initiative underscores our belief in the power of collective giving and importance of supporting causes close to your hearts.

Our community celebrated wins with us! The Association of Fundraising Professionals recognized EER as Outstanding Philanthropic Business 2023. Endeavor is among the top 100 companies from around the world selected for the 19th annual Aggie 100Outstanding Philanthropic Business 2023. Endeavor is among the top 100 companies from around the world selected for the 19th annual Aggie 100TM, which honors the fastest-growing companies owned or led by former students of Texas A&M University. The Midland Wildcat Committee recognized EER for making significant contributions to the Permian Basin with the Wildcatter Award. Finally, our very own Founder Autry C. Stephens was inducted into the Harty Energy Hall of Fame.

Our participation in events, such as Bike MS: Cactus & Crude for MS Society, Turkey Trot for Addy’s Hope, and holiday campaigns benefiting Rays of Hope and the Salvation Army of Midland, showcased our steadfast support of vital causes and our team’s ability to show up in a big way to make an impact where it’s needed most.

Collaborating with Permian Strategic Partnership yielded significant results, including the development of leadership programs for professionals in rural schools, expansion efforts at UTPB to double enrollment for mental and behavioral health professionals, and strategic compensation incentives for local school principals and teachers. These PSP projects are among several paving the way for transformation in our community.
