Chad McAllaster

Chad McAllaster joined Endeavor in December 2019 and is responsible for the company’s Asset Development, Geology, Technical Analytics, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams. Mr. McAllaster has over 20 years of upstream oil and gas experience and has worked the Mid-Continent, East Texas, Rockies, Deepwater GOM, Permian Basin, and Mozambique asset areas. Prior to joining Endeavor, he served as Vice President of Delaware Basin Development for Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. Mr. McAllaster earned a bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver. He is a current participant in Southern Methodist University’s Executive Leadership program and is a licensed professional engineer in Texas, Wyoming, and Colorado.

Actively involved in the local Midland community, Mr. McAllaster serves on the Board of Directors for the Midland Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the University of Texas Permian Basin Engineering Advisory Board. He is an avid road cyclist and enjoys supporting local charitable events, such as BikeMS Cactus and Crude Ride benefitting the MS Society.
