Summer of Service

Team Endeavor continues to pour into our community with unique volunteer service opportunities. This summer, we rolled up our sleeves and participated in many youth activities for a fun-filled summer of service with Bush Tennis Center, Make-A-Wish, Midland YMCA, Opportunity Tribe, Rope Youth, and Sibley Nature Center.

Endeavor volunteers…

• Coached tennis with kids in tennis camp at Bush Tennis Center and escorted staff and students to off-site excursions in the afternoon
• Planted seeds, took nature walks, fed turtles, and enjoyed countless pollinators with campers at Sibley Nature Center
• Shopped and assembled Sunshine Boxes for Midland Wish Kids to let them know their community is behind them
• Organized and hosted STEM Day with Opportunity Tribe that included artificial intelligence, rock science, science experiments, and topographical surveying with a drone
• Served in Rope Youth’s Read & Feed Youth Truck by sponsoring food and providing volunteers all week
• Supported Midland YMCA’s field day with more than 100 volunteers leading the fun and providing snacks, water, and cooling stations with the support of vendors
