Be the Change Clay Shoot Presented by Endeavor

Each year, Endeavor comes alongside Be the Change Permian Basin to support the organization’s annual fundraiser. This year, Endeavor was pleased to be the Presenting Sponsor of the nonprofit’s clay shoot and had several employees participate in the fundraising event. ​​​​​​​

Be the Change’s (BTC) extensive programming encourages healthy social and emotional development for high schoolers. Since 2013, the organization has served thousands of teens. The organization focuses on bringing healing, hope, and connection to youth through powerful and impactful initiatives, from ice breaker activities to in-depth discussions.

“The growth and development of youth are profoundly impacted by their social and emotional health. It makes a difference in a child’s life to have even just one adult pour into them. We strive to be that support system for as many children as possible,” stated Be The Change Executive Director Sandra Candia.

With Endeavor’s support, BTC’s programs have been incorporated into the curriculum of multiple schools to augment the number of teens reached. The 2022 clay shoot raised approximately $60,000, making it a record fundraiser for the organization. These funds will allow the nonprofit to impact hundreds more children.

Endeavor is a long-time supporter of BTC Permian Basin, previously serving as the title sponsor of their annual Texas Warrior Mudout and clay shoots. Each year, the company looks forward to supporting BTC and its efforts to champion local youth toward long-term success.
