High Sky Children’s Ranch

Endeavor is a long-time supporter of High Sky Children’s Ranch, an organization dedicated to healing abused children and promoting family wholeness since 1963. High Sky is a staple in the Midland community, serving more than 37,000 people since they’ve opened their doors. High Sky programming aims to empower families with parenting and coping skills, reunify biological families and children, offer therapy for children with extensive child abuse and intense behavioral challenges, provide emergency shelter, place children in foster care, facilitate adoption, and prepare young adults for living independently through life skills. High Sky’s emergency shelter, therapy, and programming take place on their campus across twelve buildings.

In March 2023, more than 200 Endeavor volunteers power washed, organized donations, assembled clothing racks and storage shelves, cleaned the gymnasium and two homes, moved boxes and furniture, detailed three vans, landscaped, painted fascia, washed windows, stained fences, and shampooed training room chairs.
