Teaming Up to Support New Midland Teachers

Endeavor is committed to investing in local schools to ensure a thriving community and bright future for Midland’s youth.

In support of new teachers and their students, the company provided supplies to stock elementary and secondary classrooms as part of Midland Independent School District’s (MISD) new teacher orientation. With many teachers relocating to Midland, the Endeavor team was excited to greet them with a warm, Midland welcome.

Providing supplies is a continuation of a growing relationship between EER and MISD. Endeavor employees have nearly 1,700 children in Midland, many who are MISD students.

This spring, Endeavor employees visited MISD campuses to celebrate Dr. Seuss’s birthday with a reading day. The EER Geology team shared their knowledge with MISD second graders in May. These activities reaffirmed the connections between EER and MISD, as many students, teachers, and staff shared they have family at Endeavor.

The company’s growing collaboration with MISD is a natural one, as district educators instill skills and abilities for lifelong learning in children. Endeavor is proud to support this new teacher initiative to strengthen local education.
